「五稜 純米」の特徴
「五稜 純米」は、北海道産の酒造好適米「吟風」「きたしずく」などを使用し、
函館の超軟水で丁寧に仕込まれた純米酒。
すっきりとした飲み口の中に、米の旨味がじんわり広がり、
ほんのりとした甘みと柔らかな酸味、そして後味のキレの良さが特徴です。
派手すぎない香りで、食中酒として非常にバランスがよく、
どんなお料理にも寄り添ってくれる“はかいく酒（ついつい飲んでしまう酒）”なんです。

We’re truly grateful for the many guests who joined us for both lunch and dinner yesterday.
It was such a pleasure to chat with so many Hokkaido fans—thank you so much for your warm words and smiles!

“Goryo” Junmai, brewed at Goryo no Kura in Hakodate—the hometown of our chef and owner, Takada. 🍶

About “Goryo” Junmai
Brewed with premium Hokkaido rice such as Ginpu and Kitashizuku,
and with ultra-soft water from the Hakodate area, this Junmai sake offers a smooth, clean taste.
You’ll find a gentle sweetness, soft acidity, and a crisp, dry finish that perfectly balances the natural umami of rice.
Its subtle aroma makes it an ideal sake to enjoy with food—it’s what locals call “Hakaiku-sake,” meaning “a sake you can’t stop drinking.”
