函館直送の海の幸を盛り込んだ “お造り盛り合わせ” をご用意しております。
素材の良さがそのまま味わえる、シンプルで丁寧な一皿です。
また、店主・高田の故郷、函館の酒蔵「五稜乃蔵」の
特別純米酒・純米酒 もお楽しみいただけます。
お造りとの相性もよく、ゆっくり味わっていただける日本酒です。
函館出身の店主が営む、小さな落ち着いた北海道料理店。
本日もできる範囲で丁寧にご用意いたします。

We are offering our Assorted Sashimi Platter, prepared with fresh seafood delivered directly from Hakodate, the hometown of our owner-chef.
It is a simple and carefully arranged plate that allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of each ingredient.
You can also enjoy Goryo Junmai Sake, brewed in Hakodate.
It pairs especially well with our sashimi and is recommended for those who like a gentle, smooth Japanese sake.
We are a small, quietly run restaurant by a chef from Hakodate, offering dishes made with care.
Dinner service begins at 5:00 PM.
